In-Store Pickup & Third-Party Authorization

Can’t make it in? You are welcome to send a friend or family member! To protect your purchase, we require the following:

Designated Pickup: If someone else is picking up for you, you must notify us in advance via [Phone/Text/Email] with the full name of the person authorized to retrieve your items.
* Identification: Your designated person must present a valid ID to ensure your items are going to the right hands.


General Holding & Abandonment Policy
To ensure fairness to all our shoppers and keep our curated selection available, the following rules apply to all orders:

* Payment in Full: We do not "hold" items without payment. All pickup orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase.


* The 7-Day Pickup Window: All items must be picked up within 7 calendar days of purchase.


* Forfeiture of Items: Items not picked up within the 7-day window will be considered "abandoned." These items will be returned to the sales floor for resale. No refunds or store credits will be issued for abandoned items.

Communication is Key: We know life happens! If you have an emergency, please contact us before your 7-day window expires. We are happy to extend the hold for you if you communicate with us.
