In-Store Pickup & Third-Party Authorization
Can’t make it in? You are welcome to send a friend or family member! To protect your purchase, we require the following:
* Designated Pickup: If someone else is picking up for you, you must notify us in advance via [Phone/Text/Email] with the full name of the person authorized to retrieve your items.
* Identification: Your designated person must present a valid ID to ensure your items are going to the right hands.
General Holding & Abandonment Policy
To ensure fairness to all our shoppers and keep our curated selection available, the following rules apply to all orders:
* Payment in Full: We do not "hold" items without payment. All pickup orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase.
* The 7-Day Pickup Window: All items must be picked up within 7 calendar days of purchase.
* Forfeiture of Items: Items not picked up within the 7-day window will be considered "abandoned." These items will be returned to the sales floor for resale. No refunds or store credits will be issued for abandoned items.
* Communication is Key: We know life happens! If you have an emergency, please contact us before your 7-day window expires. We are happy to extend the hold for you if you communicate with us.
