At rags2riches, we know your schedule doesn’t always align with our boutique hours. To ensure you never have to rush to grab your favorite finds, we are thrilled to offer our After-Hours Locker Pickup—a secure, convenient, and flexible solution designed for your busy lifestyle.

How It Works
* Request Pickup: When your order is ready, simply notify us that you would like to use a secure locker.
* Unique Access: Store personnel will assign you a specific locker and provide a unique lock code known only to you and our team.
* Pick Up Anytime: Your items will be waiting for you 24/7. Whether it’s 10:00 PM or 5:00 AM, your fashion is ready when you are.
Safety & Security
Your safety and the security of your items are our top priorities. Our pickup area features:
* High-Intensity Outdoor Lighting: For clear visibility and comfort during after-dark pickups.
* 24/7 Video Surveillance: The locker bay is under constant camera monitoring for the protection of our customers and our inventory.

Terms and Conditions
To keep this service running smoothly and safely for everyone, we require adherence to the following:

* The Signature Requirement: Inside your locker, you will find a pickup form. You must sign this form and leave it inside the locker after retrieving your items. This protects you by confirming the order was correct and protects the boutique by verifying the pickup was completed.

* Compliance Policy: We provide this service as a courtesy to our valued shoppers. However, any customer who fails to sign and leave their pickup form on two separate occasions will no longer be eligible for the After-Hours Pickup option. Future orders for those accounts must be picked up inside the boutique during standard business hours.

* Liability: While our area is monitored, rags2riches is not responsible for items once the locker has been accessed. Please ensure the locker door is firmly shut and the lock is scrambled after you retrieve your items.

* Pickup Window: Items should be retrieved within 48 hours of receiving your code.
